Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the NeuroDeepFlow website and any products or services offered through it.
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of neurodeepflow.com and the NeuroDeepFlow productivity system, including the waiting list and any paid offers.
2. Waiting list
Joining the waiting list is free. By submitting your email address, you consent to receive updates about NeuroDeepFlow, pilot access, and launch information. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@neurodeepflow.com.
3. Products and pricing
NeuroDeepFlow is a digital productivity system delivered as a Notion template and Claude setup. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR). The pilot price of €59 is available for the first 10 customers and expires at the end of August 2026 unless extended.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the system, contact us at hello@neurodeepflow.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
5. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn a 20% commission on full-price sales referred through their personal link. Commissions are calculated on the net price of €349 and paid monthly. Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commission.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, templates, documentation, and brand assets provided by NeuroDeepFlow are owned by NeuroDeepFlow. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them publicly without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
NeuroDeepFlow is provided as a productivity tool and does not guarantee specific business or personal outcomes. We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on the system, third-party service outages (such as Notion or Claude), or misuse of the materials.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
